Company headquarters as a living organism.

The new PentaGen headquarters in Kladno is exceptional not only in its architecture, but also in its approach to interior design. Studio Reaktor was inspired by the laboratory processes that are characteristic of PentaGen. This approach is reflected in the overall composition of the building, which resembles the shape of a "petri dish", allowing flexibility and organic development of the space, just as happens inside the dishes when bacteria are cultured.

The interior is based on human-centered design principles, natural materials such as wood, concrete or glass, bright open spaces, and an emphasis on comfort and functionality. A relaxation area with access to the garden and workstations overlooking the greenery contribute to a pleasant working environment.

From our portfolio, the project uses office products from the MDD and RIM brands. The design furniture for the lounge areas comes from Fritz Hansen, Prostoria, Javorina and other top manufacturers. Custom-made we produced, for example, conference and bar tables, which harmoniously complement the space.

The result is a functional, aesthetic and friendly working environment that promotes both efficiency and the everyday well-being of employees.
