This residential project was created in collaboration with architect Jiří Vlček, whose design sensitively combines the historical character of the apartment with a modern, functional interior. The result is a harmonious whole, where timeless design, high-quality materials, and thoughtful details come together.

The dominant feature of the living area is Cassina seating furniture – the iconic Moncloud sofa and Utrecht armchairs, which give the space character, comfort, and a clear design signature. These stand-alone pieces naturally define the living area and become the visual and functional centerpiece of the interior.

The interior is further complemented by carefully selected products from Bolia, Mattiazzi, Gubi, and Vitra, which together create a balanced mix of contemporary design and timeless elegance. Natural materials, subtle colors, and thoughtful lighting emphasize the airiness of the apartment and support the pleasant atmosphere of everyday living.

The project is an example of how architectural purity can be combined with striking design pieces without the whole appearing distracting. The resulting interior is sophisticated, functional, and sustainable in the long term—exactly what we expect from a high-quality residential project.
