Office of the Year 2025 - NOTINO
NOTINO Offices – The Evolution of the Workplace.
As the way we work changes, so do the demands placed on offices themselves. We had the opportunity to be part of this project, which was named Office of the Year 2025.
Across twelve floors, more than 1,175 workstations were created, along with dozens of meeting rooms, coworking zones, libraries, and phone booths—all integrated into a smart reservation system. A key element is the well-thought-out modularity, which enables maximum flexibility and efficiency.
The entire interior is based on a combination of natural materials, earthy tones, and lush greenery, transforming the offices into an inspiring and pleasant environment. Three floors with unique functions also deserve special attention—the entrance lobby with a café, a modern cafeteria designed by Filip Sajler, and a shared floor with panoramic views.
We are proud to have been part of this exceptional project.
